Rights Offering
On March 26, 2012, the Debtors filed a second amended proposed plan of reorganization (as further revised on April 19, 2012, the "Plan"). Pursuant to the Plan, the Debtors will no longer be implementing the Rights Offering.
At the confirmation hearing held on May 3, 2012, the Court confirmed the Debtors' Second Amended Plan.
